There is a beautiful natural reserve near Marina Ragusa. It is a mixture of sand, stone and driftwood. Great on a windy day as an alternative to sand and wonderful for a sunset walk. If you are on the road from Donna Lucata, 5 mins before Marina Ragusa, on the left you will see a sign saying reserva naturale and a small, closed road. You can park here and walk down to the beach.
