The Archaeological Museum of Lefkada is housed in the newly-constructed building of the Cultural Centre in Lefkada Town. Its four rooms cover a large chronological period, from the Paleolithic times till the late Roman years.
Located on Faneromeni Street, in the capital of Lefkada, the Archaeological Museum houses various archaeological findings dating from the Early Bronze Age and found by the German archaeologist Dorpfeld in the sites of Nidri, Kariotes, Evgiros and others.
The Archaeological Museum of Lefkada is housed in the building of the Municipal cultural Center of Lefkada. The museum consists of 3 chambers that exhibit the locals' lives in the historic era and the forth chamber that holds the findings of the German archaeologist W. Dorpfeld.
