So many great choices for sushi, including vegetarian, and ones with fully cooked seafood. Don't be afraid to go eat sushi if you don't like raw fish!

If you are a sushi lover, or if you're like me and don't eat sushi but still love some amazing rolls and quality food, Sakura is amazing!! They are located close to the airport, so it's also great for a nice relaxing place to sit and dine after your long journey :)

Great Japanese restaurant in Hilo. The Sushi rolls and appetizers are really good. I like to order a variety of dishes and sake for everyone to share.
