Walk by Spoonbar on a summer night when the “walls” are open and you can’t help but want to step in. The lounge beckons with intimate banquettes and the dining room’s airy space is graced with freeform tables made from reclaimed acacia. But it’s the color that draws you in. of the artisanally-crafted spirits and locally-grown garnishes that line the bar. Of the three-dimensional art floating in a golden splash along the wall. The modern presentation of each dish – on custom plates made by local potter Jered Nelson – is as artful as the restaurant’s airy interior.
