Carboy Winery (Previously Garfield Estates) is new to Palisade as of 2022. They have a newly renovated tasting room and are building out an amazing tasting venue including a roof top deck.

The upper deck at Carboy Winery is the BEST view in Palisade!!! Amazing!!!

This was a farm for many years--the same house and barn! The barn is now their tasting room. 3.4 miles from cottage--nearly a straight ride, but a few small inclines. Great view of Mt Garfield--an iconic landscape in the area. Some nice wines. Across from Maison La Belle Vie.
