The bakery I always go to when I want to give someone a cake that is unique, tasty, and not too bad on the health aspect. Jungle cake is an expert on make super aesthetic cakes that are layered with cream, fruit and taste. The taste is not super heavy on the sweet side but that is good! The creams are always on the light side and also on the actual cake itself. What they have done is taken a traditional cake and made it very light and delicate. They are also very good with the details and their sweets are designed very well!
