This unique distillery and Inn on Main Street in Carbondale has won awards for its innovative sustainability processes. It's also a fun venue for music, comedy, and other community events. They make excellent vodka, ginger cello, whiskey, and other spirits. They don't have a full food menu, but it's a must-visit stop for a unique Colorado cocktail.

This is a vodka distillery made in the Roaring Fork Valley! Fun ambiance. Lots of different vodka drinks to taste. No food, though.

This local distillery has delicious vodka cocktails with vodka made onsite. There are some cozy couches and a delightful outdoor fireplace.
