Lotus Garden is an unbelievably good 100% vegan Chinese restaurant that I would argue is the best Chinese food you'll find anywhere. They have odd hours though so be sure to check their website before going.

Vegetarian Chinese restaurant, with attentive service, reasonable prices, and heavenly food. Lunch specials under $9, with decent portions. Sweet and sour tofu is excellent, the wheat gluten with ginger sauce is terrific, and one of us always gets broccoli with brown slices because it's a umame overload.
