“Our favorite hike! A nice loop which halfway reaches the summit of Tusten Mountain. Bring coffee and sandwich or snack to enjoy on the top. You'll find the historic Stone Arch Bridge and beautiful Ten Mile River right at the start of the trail. A quick 13-minute drive from the cottage.”

Lodging
“A quick 5 minute drive away and located on the Delaware River. From their website: "The Carriage House Motel, Restaurant in Barryville, NY was built in the early 1900's and is recognized as a designated landmark. Embraced by the Delaware river and the Halfway Brook, the Building lies on a scenic acre of tall white pines and wild pear trees lining the courtyard. Enjoy a relaxing time away from the city amid "Old World Charm and Hospitality..." Our cuisine is built on the basic cooking method from the old days where Grandma's recipes are combined with the newest cooking trends. Even our Bread is homemade!"”
