Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, smart TV, mini fridge, dresser, nightstand, charging station, Keurig coffee maker, and closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed with large dresser and mirror, mini fridge, smart TV, nightstand, closet, and attached 1/2 bath.
Tiny house fully loaded with everything you’ll need for a great stay in Carlsbad. we welcome short stay or long term rental. This studio is separate, but near the main house, with its own private entrance. Home does have a fence and gate for pets to enjoy the yard. Pecos river is 1 mile away where you can enjoy swimming, paddle boarding or feeding the ducks. Caverns is 28 mile away. We are 420 friendly. We have a patio set outside by the garden to enjoy.
