Enjoy the mountain air and your coffee/wine while watching the local wildlife. Walking distance to anywhere in the Village! Fenced back yard for pets (fire pit coming soon!) We love our furry friends - fee of $25.00 per pet, per stay (max weight of 30 lbs.) I offer a 10% discount for ALL military/peace officers/firefighters/first responders. Come enjoy!!!

Multiple trailheads nearby, 6 minute drive to the downtown area, 7 minute drive to Ski Cloudcroft, and a 5 minute drive/20 min walk to the local brewery.
