The South West Coast Path is quite literally outside the Cancleave garden gate. A 5-10 minute walk to the south west (turn left out of the gate) brings you to the Stunted Oak Forest at Dizzard. A circular walk combining this can be found here, https://www.southwestcoastpath.org.uk/walksdb/685/ A 1.5 to 2hr walk south west will bring you to Crackington Haven. Turn right out of the garden gate and in 15 minutes you will arrive at the pebbled beach of Millook. A 1hr walk will bring you to Widemouth Bay and a further 1/2hr will get you to Bude.
