We get lots of enquiries about the best location for wild swimming. The local water ways are tidal estuaries. Much safer to travel north to the River Teifi. Cilgerran is featured on most of the Top Ten wild swimming locations in Wales.

The Blue Lagoon in Abereiddy is great for water sports lovers. This flooded quarry is constantly filled with fresh seawater. It is the site of the Red Bull Cliff Diving events ( there are some much smaller jumps available!)
