popular with walkers, an idyllic spot around 10 minutes drive from our accommodation. it can busy during summe months. Autumn is probably my favourite time of year here
Beautiful village on the river Teifi, great for open water swimming and salmon spotting. The Nag’s head in Abercych comes highly recommended for food, enjoy the beer garden by the river.
Gorgeous waterfall views & a really beautiful little village with lovely local cafes & Welsh gift shops . It’s about a 45 minute drive from us so make a day of it if you do plan to go here - trust me it’s worth it ! It’s around £3 to park all day which isn’t too shabby at all .
A picturesque series of small waterfalls and a great place to watch the leaping salmon (when in season). There is a large car park, a couple of pubs and nice little gift shops.
Cenarth is a small village on the border of Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire. The focus of the village is Cenarth Falls, a series of small waterfalls and pools on the River Teifi and a well-known salmon leap. It’s a spectacular sight in full flood. (17 miles from farm)

“Mwnt is a haven for wildlife, one of the best places in Ceredigion to spot dolphins and always popular for days out on the beach. Go to Mwnt to enjoy this hidden cove’s golden sand and rolling waves. Located about 4.5 miles north of Cardigan town centre on the Mid Wales coast, you’ll drive down country lines to be presented with dramatic views over Cardigan Bay upon arrival. To reach the beach there is a series of steps leading down to the sheltered sandy bay. You can also reach the beach by walking the local stretches of Wales’ Coastal Path. Mwnt is an ancient holy site and it's picturesque and startlingly simple Church of the Holy Cross (Eglwys y Grog) dates from the 14th century when it served as a sailors' chapel.”
