The healthiest restaurant in Austin. I love this place. The atmosphere is wonderful and I always feel good after I finish a meal here. I enjoy the really clean food and the community atmosphere.
They do not use oils, animal products, processed foods, or nightshades. Note they use a lot
of their own vegetables!

Amazing atmosphere, decadent drinks, & exquisite food! It's pricy, but it makes sense for the high-end atmosphere and clientele it generates. Also, being connected to one of the most expensive condos/apartment buildings (the Independent) in all of Austin brings in people with expensive taste.

This is one of my favorite parks in America. It has miles and miles of hike and bike trails that run along the Lady Bird Lake from the west side of town to the east side on both sides of the river! You can go boating, swimming, hiking, biking, attend concerts, play soccer, slackfline, spike ball and fly kites. There are plenty of picnic tables too. Some so big you can sit up to 10 people. Perfect park to picnic with a large family. The views along the river of the city are amazing, especially at sunset when the bats fly out from under Congress Street Bridge. Oh, and also, dogs are allowed off leash. It has something for everyone.

Zilker Park
This is one of my favorite parks in America. It has miles and miles of hike and bike trails that run along the Lady Bird Lake from the west side of town to the east side on both sides of the river! Barton Springs is a great place (arguably the best place) to swim in Austin! I love going with friends or solo, taking a dip in the cool waters or laying out in the grass under the Texas sun. You can swim here in the winter and even some nights the pool is open until 10pm for a full moon swim. You should also very much check this place out during sunrise or sunset. You can hardly beat the view of the Austin city skyline.

Barton Springs Municipal Pool
2201 William Barton DrBarton Springs is a great place (arguably the best place) to swim in Austin! I love going with friends or solo, taking a dip in the cool waters or laying out in the grass under the Texas sun. You can swim here in the winter and even some nights the pool is open until 10pm for a full moon swim. You should also very much check this place out during sunrise or sunset. You can hardly beat the view of the Austin city skyline.
The Green Belt itself is a rare treat few urban American locales have to enjoy: the life blood of nature flowing directly through the heart of the city. Whether you are hiking to Sculpture Falls from Lost Creek or just stepping down for a few minutes from Spyglass, the Green Belt has all kinds of appeal for any level of outdoor enthusiast. I make it a point to be on the trail at least a few times a week to appreciate this gift and I encourage you to do the same. Recommended spots: Flats during a hot summer day, Gus Fruh when the water is high, Sculpture Falls anytime of the year for a good hike, and all of the many elevated view points with excellent views of the city along the creek!

Lakefront off-leash dog park with 13 acres of recreational space, plus hiking, canoeing & kayaking. Close to the condo and a beautiful place to walk alongside Lady Bird Lake and check out the dam.

Beautiful trail along the lakeshore is an impressive highlight in the peaceful side of the city.
Walking, biking, roller skating for every age. Well laid and well maintained trail. Quite a length stretch.
