Enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, and other water sports and activities here. It does have a grassy bottom close to shore, which makes it the perfect environment for starfish, conch and sea turtles. Swimming out along the right side of the bay near the point offers good snorkeling. There is plenty of shade and there are beach chairs to lounge on near the resort. This is a fantastic beach for young children, as the water is shallow and calm.

Car Rental or Taxi?

We strongly encourage guests to rent a car while on St. Croix. Yes, you drive on the left, but it is very easy to get used to doing so! There are so many interesting places to go that having a car will make it much easier. If you do not want to drive, you can use taxi services and also ask them about doing tours. Taxis are always at the airport and you can also call them.
