Aa wonderful garden and historical center. This place is a gem for plant lovers and history. Rare plants and trees and a history of the old plantations on how people lived and worked back in the old days. The gardens are truly beautiful, and the mix of shade and light worked to make a warm day of walking quite tolerable. Exotic and beautiful plants, it also includes ruins and historical buildings from the island's past. If you enjoy peaceful, walks through beauty and history, you'll love this spot. Highly recommend

Another one of my favourite places and as trip advisors says.. You can stroll amid the ruins of this 17-acre estate, a former 19th-century sugarcane plantation village, which contains varied ecosystems from semi-arid cactus to lush green rain forest.
