I’m Jilan Hall-Johnson, the brains behind The Sassy Biscuit Co. What started as a silly idea of making biscuit waffles for my kids suddenly blossomed into a unique food venture that we invite you to come and check out.
My husband, DeMarco Johnson is the muscle behind the vision and a great support.

Married after meeting and graduating from culinary art school, DeMarco’s military commitment enabled our family to travel across the country from east to west coast, giving us the opportunity to sample and savor the best cuisine in regional restaurants. Over the years we’ve found good food has a good experience behind it.

A multi-use trail with breathtaking views of the Cocheco and Bellamy Rivers. You'll find ample scenic views, points of interest, and convenient access points along the 6.4 mile stretch. Opportunities for bicycling, walking, hiking, bird watching, and fishing. The trail is comprised of two sections: a paved urban section stretching three-quarters of a mile from the Transportation Center to Fisher Street, and a natural section, two and a half miles long following the Cocheco River from Beckwith Ballfields to Watson Road.
