Miserden is a hidden treasure of a place. There is a great garden nursery to wander around a a cafe in their greenhouse (we always get our Christmas tree here). Then there is a good circular walk down in the estate around the lake (you can swim in here on a hot day).

There is a gold course around the walk, so just keep an eye out for the odd stray ball - but apparently golf has been played here since 1891.
