River and beach fun
A bike ride away or a drive to Cotton Tree is well worth it, a gorgeous beach village vibe with cafes and cute shops. An extensive parkland that runs along the river is not to be missed. Bbq areas, kids play area, public swimming pool.
Boatshed restaurant boasts the best river views with a large cotton tree to sit under and watch the afternoon go by or use their fish and chip takeaway shop next door.
Ocean Addicts have paddle boards for hire at the jetty.

150 metres from the Villa is Swan Boat Hire - they hire out Barbecue boats, kayaks, fishing boats, tinny boats. They also sell fishing rods and all of your fishing needs. Across the road is Swan Bites - fish and chips as well as great burgers.
This is all at the beginning of the foot bridge to Chambers Island.
