We begin this online experience with harp music as you nestle in a comfortable place, sip comforting tea, close your eyes, rest your mind, & let the music connect with your heartbeat. As I bathe you in sound that many say feels like a massage, I can even customize soothing harp music to your own natal sign. Western music has 12 major tonalities & these are coordinated with 12 birth signs. Using the special tonality for your birthday, I play calming harp music in *your tonality*. This experience is personalized & very centering! We explore the use of music & harps in healing, including clinical use to relieve pain & anxiety, calm heart beat, level blood pressure. I weave in ways that were used centuries ago to provide care, interspersed with opportunities to indulge your ear, mind, & spirit in ancient & modern harp sound. At the end we settle with a mini-concert of flowing harp music. I follow up with information on continued self-care. Bring a favorite diluted essential oil to make this experience multi-sensory and interactive using AromaAcupoint Therapy! (optional) Rose or Lavender highly recommended.

We will teach you how to milk a cow. *At the beginning we allow you time to spend with the animals. Petting, brushing, or just hanging out with them. *Next we take you through what we feed our animals and how we care for them. We can talk about what goes into the cleanliness of the process and getting everything ready. *We will then go through the experience of milking the cow (whether by hand or with the machine, you decide). Allowing you to do as much of the work as you feel comfortable with. *Afterwards we will strain the milk and get it cooled and clean up. *Before you leave we will give you the opportunity to taste any of the products from our farm with the option to purchase milk at a 50% discount. *Congrats! You will have milked a cow!

The perfect adventure for your family vacation at the Oregon Coast. Kayak tours offer an incredible opportunity to get up close and personal with the wildlife, fishing community, and landmarks of Yaquina Bay and the Newport Bayfront. No experience is necessary. Available for ages 6 and up (children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult). We'll introduce you to the fishing fleet that brings in more fresh seafood than any other port on the West Coast. Wildlife – including sea lions, harbor seals, eagles, and so much more – await you during this unique two-hour kayak trip that is perfect for singles, couples, groups, and families. The 2-hour tours run from Tuesday through Sunday during the summer – starting at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, and 6pm. Tours are weather dependent, and may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other unsafe conditions. If your scheduled tour is cancelled for these reasons, you'll receive a full refund. Tours launch from the Oregon Boating Foundation boathouse located at Port Dock 7 in Newport, Oregon. Please plan on arriving 20 minutes before your scheduled tour to maximize your time on the water. To start, you'll receive a hot foot soak with epsom salts in a custom potted foot bowl. You can then choose from a fine selection of hot teas to sip. Next, you will sit back in a zero gravity chair that takes all the weight off of your low back. We'll cozy you with a fuzzy blanket that can be wrapped around you and your feet will rest on a big pillow. We pick a wonderfully aromatic essential oil for you and anoint your feet. Then your reflexology sessions begins! Using an acupressure-like "thumb walk" technique we'll work on your feet, which act as gateways to the entire body. Our reflexology sessions are soothing, relaxing and will make your worries melt away. One client said it best: "this just rearranged my whole deal." Oh, and there will be outrageously good locally made vegan chocolate to make your experience even more decadent. Once the session is complete you will land back on your feet. It will feel like walking on clouds. Other things to note We do have an indoor/outdoor cat so be aware if anyone is allergic. We also have 3 steps up to our entrance. No ADA access. Gratuity is not included, but gratefully accepted - if you wish!

Meet downtown and head to the Columbia Gorge to enjoy 3 amazing waterfalls. All of the waterfalls are located in the Columbia Gorge which is about 30 mins outside of Portland. Each of the hikes will be about a mile or less. We will have the opportunity to get as close as you like to the falls and learn about this amazing part of the world. This experience is appropriate for all fitness levels. Other things to note It might be a good idea to bring some shoes with decent traction but it's not absolutely necessary.
