Our 128 sq ft tiny house is located on Wildwoods Community Farm, a 4-acre nonprofit permaculture farm and dedicated tiny house community. At Wildwoods, our mission is to educate the public on the various facets of sustainable living. We're also only a short 10-minute drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Whether you come for the experience of staying in a tiny house, or just need a cozy place to lay your head, we'll do our best to make sure that your stay is rejuvenating and memorable :)
Come stay at our modern vintage guesthouse in Historic Trinity Park. Our cottage has all modern appliances with vintage fixtures. This 380 square foot cottage is located in a very lively and safe neighborhood just minutes from downtown Durham. Walk one mile on the Ellerbe creek trail to downtown and enjoy all the great entertainment Durham has to offer. Walk 1.5 mile to 9th street restaurants and shops 1 mile to Central Park and farmers market <1 mile to bars and restaurants on geer street
Serenity awaits (& due to COVID-19, we're carefully sanitizing surfaces between reservations!)! Serenity is an apt/in-law suite (attached to our home but with private entrance) on 2.3 acres overlooking a large koi pond. Breakfast foods & snacks included. LR has a full-sized convertible sofa, full kitchen, BR w/VERY comfy queen bed & full bath. You'll have access to the screened-in porch. The area is peaceful and woodsy but close to everything!
