This is a far less busy state park with gorgeous hikes. There is no food or amenities in this park and it's an unpaved road that leads you to the Jewel Basin but economy rental cars can drive it. Bring food and water. You will want it. Take a picture of the map for reference as you hike.

There are many galleries with local Montana artists. You must buy Huckleberry Jam at Eva Gates. It's great. Wonderful kitchen store in this town and some used bookstores also. And they have a few restaurants.
