I have a special spot in my heart for this bar. Maybe it just takes me back to my university days. Not the best food or beer, but a cool, dark, moody atmosphere with candles and live music. Great for a rainy day.

Well aren't you fancy! The Q-bar is located inside the iconic Empress hotel in the heart of the inner harbor. Its a great way to experience the hotel without spending a fortune.

They offer incredible whale watching tours on bigger, comfortable boats, or zodiacs for the more adventurous! I've been on two tours with them and saw huge schools of orcas/killer whales both times.

My favorite park in all of Victoria. Beautiful lawns, rock gardens, willow trees hanging over ponds, and endless rows of flowers. There is a petting zoo, playgrounds for kids, and multiple sports pitches. You could spend an entire day exploring this park! The perfect spot for a picnic.

This winding road will take you along Victoria's waterfront. There is a great seawall walk you can follow for miles, or there are stairs at many points leading to seemingly endless rocky beaches with unobstructed views of the Olympic mountains. I like to head here for a picnic on the beach.
