High West is a landmark in Park City. They don’t take reservations and during the winter months the wait times get really long (even for just drinks). I recommend getting there early if you want to grab a spot!

This is our favorite restaurant and a local favorite. The food is absolutely delicious and the word has gotten out! During high season there is a good chance there will be a wait. It doesn't look like much from the outside, as it's in a strip center, but trust me- you'll love it.
