The best bagel in all of NYC. They have multiple locations and this is just a couple of avenues up and block over for a nice walk to get a bagel in the morning There are seat in there but very few. Sometimes I take my bagel to go and eat in a ark if not back at the apartment.

This comedy club is just a short walk from the apartment and one of the better clubs with headline acts at a reasonable price. I even went on an amateur night and Jerry Seinfeld surprised the club by jumping on stage. you never know who will show.

This Trader's Joe's on 6th avenue has plenty more space and easily accessible. than the other Trader Joe's in the area. There is another straight down on 14th street by Union Square but it is really tiny and cramped and they even make people wait in lines to get in there.
