There's several great vegan and vegetarian offerings in the neighborhood, but this remains one of our absolute favorites. We love this place—we'd be happy to recommend any dish on the menu, but we're very partial to the biscuits & gravy.

Furious Spoon dishes out seriously good and fully customizable ramen at a reasonable price. Make sure to add the caramelized garlic cloves to your order.

If you're interested in live music by local bands, the 100-head capacity backroom at Burlington is a great nearby stop to do it. Check their calendar! And because live music is in the back room, the bar in the front room is a low-key place to get a drink.

In all honesty, Metropolitan is not our personal favorite brewery. However, if you appreciate more traditional German style brews it may score higher for you. The main reason we still zip over to this brewery every few weeks is that the facility is on the banks of the Chicago River, surrounded by trees, and has a special seclusion that you don't get at many facilities in the heart of the city.

Lost Lake is an award winning tiki bar just down the road from our AirBnB! The cocktails and the wallpaper are phenomenal. Sometimes there are lines to get in, so consider showing up a little early and staying late.

Sleeping Village is a newer establishment, but they've started on the right foot with a substantial rotating beer list, a dark and mellow interior, a lovely fenced in side yard, and a separate room in the back for live music. As of September '18, Chicago's phenomenal Mac Blackout has adorned the long side of the building with an amazing mural!

Karaoke happens Wednesday through Saturday, starts at 11pm, and runs until close (4am most nights, 5am on Saturday). Choose wisely because even with the long hours, you may only get one or two songs on a busy Friday!

This Walgreens is one of the closest pharmacies to our AirBnB. The CVS on Belmont just west of Kimball may be slightly closer, but construction related congestion really obstructs access. The store is open from 7am to midnight, but the pharmacy is only 9am to 9pm. There are multiple 24 hour pharmacies in the city but none of them are within Logan Square.

Ticket prices are reasonable for a city movie theater, it's all red curtains and brass rails, and the bar offerings are solid. A great place to catch a movie in walking distance!
