You can walk there from the condo. I usually walk down to the beach, around the Anaeho'omalu bay and pass Starbucks on the way home. 40 min not counting coffee time.

I love Thai food and this place is unpretentious. Fast service. Orange chicken is a favorite but I like the chow fun. Food slightly on the sweet side. $20 done. Don't go to the other one- Charley's. Typical overpriced and fancy.

The BEST HUGE DELI SANDWICHES for $6. One sandwich is enough for two people- and they are good! It's the closest large grocery store about 15 min. from door to store, up the hill. Not in resort so no resort prices.

Calm and beautiful for swimming most of the time. Must get there before 8A b/c of limited parking. Worth it. Check both north and south ends to see which one has clear water for snorkeling. Nice public restrooms and outdoor showers.

Huge number of petroglyphs that can be seen with a short 15 minute walk. Very impressive and a nice easy hike. Go early to avoid midday heat. One can also see some petroglyphs just 30 seconds away from the parking lot for those not seeking a hike.
