Great interpretive centre, and amazing fossils on the beach. Be sure you go on the 30-min guided walk that is included in your admission fee. Check the tides first, as the beach is only accessible around low tide.

You could hike or kayak the entire coastline in three days, or do day hikes and paddles from Red Rocks or from the Three Sisters area. For a nice hike, I recommend the 2.5 hr Fundy Ridge Trail. Check the tide as you can loop back on the beach around low tide.
