Looks like this is the Top of the mountain, but at it's base there are yoga classes in the morning all of which donation based. Let me know if you'd like some company, I can't get enough of this park!

One of the best beaches I've been to in CA, Rocks and Caves surround the beachfront, so if you have a means to get there, I recommend checking it out.
