It is just beautiful! It is the picture post card of the Gold Coast and just a 5 minute drive away with free parking. Life guarded in the summer months and lots of cafes backing onto it to relax in afterwards.

If you are heading to the south of the coast you can't go past Coolangatta beach. Just as beautiful as Burleigh with its own headland.

Definitely worth a trip up here. Make sure you check out the natural bridge and the glow worms.

So this is a little bit cheesy, and for Australians probably not so valid! But if you are coming from overseas this is a pretty fun Australian experience, and the food is yummy!

Definitely something worth a try while you are on the Gold Coast. These guys are really friendly and helpful. Would recommend going early in the day (they are open 7-5) before the wind gets up and it becomes very hard work!
