On the marketplace, on Sundays, go to the delightful Chez Jean-Francis, where the host, fluent in American English, prepares Mediterranean cuisine to die for. Payment is via a donation box. The place is full of old hippies, Buddhist monks, young vegetarians, but most of all it is filled with the expansive personality of Jean-Francis himself.
