An outdoor treasure located in the hustle and bustle of Humble, Mercer Botanic Gardens spans 180 acres and is divided by Aldine Westfield Road – with Precinct 3 maintaining the east side that includes the Gardens. The Gardens is a 60-acre peaceful oasis where visitors can explore and admire gardens of bamboo, color displays, daylilies, endangered species, ferns, gingers, herbs, tropicals, and more.

The nearly mile-long multiuse trail in Pundt Park is one of two trailheads in the phase I Spring Creek Greenway (SCG) trail system. The second trailhead that begins at Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center is 1.1 miles and was dedicated as the Judy Overby Bell Trail in June 2009. The second phase of the SCG trail system will complete the 7.5 miles of connectivity between Pundt Park and Jones Park.

4129 Spring Creek DrPundt Park is a 380-acre park in Spring that features a primitive canoe launch, two lakes, playground, picnic area with tables and two pavilions, bicycle racks and separate equestrian and multiuse trails.
The nearly mile-long multiuse trail in Pundt Park is one of two trailheads in the phase I Spring Creek Greenway (SCG) trail system. The second trailhead that begins at Jesse H. Jones Park & Nature Center is 1.1 miles and was dedicated as the Judy Overby Bell Trail in June 2009. The second phase of the SCG trail system will complete the 7.5 miles of connectivity between Pundt Park and Jones Park.
This interactive experience takes visitors from the Middle Triassic to the Late Cretaceous Era by showing 80 museum-quality life-size models and animatronic dinosaurs, created with the help of country’s leading paleontologists and each is replicated in the finest detail, from scales to feathers, claws and teeth. Besides the life-like Dinosaur Exhibits, there are many activities for dinosaur fans – they can can dig up fossils like a real paleontologist, ride on the back of a huge 24-foot T. Rex, or the spiky Carnotauru. There are dinosaur-themed rides such as inflatable mazes, large slides, and the multi-track Dino Bungee Pull. There is also a Dinosaur Petting Zoo and the fossil area in the Dinosaur Museum with real dinosaur fossils more than 60 million years old. Jurassic Quest travels all over the country and normally visits more than 80 cities per year.
