Lolitas is a local Mexican-inspired favorite and everyone loves the owner, Pedro! From great entrees, to drinks, this is a place you can't miss!

Here is a local pizzeria that has been serving the Luquillense community for over 30 years now! William is family friend of ours and has always treated us well. A slice of pepperoni pizza alongside a coca-cola icee is a classic!

The Luquillo Kiosks are comprised of a row of around 60 family-owned kiosks selling food, drinks, and souvenirs. Visitors to the kiosks will find that they vary in style, taste, and price. They're all open air, and while some face the street, others have beautiful views of the beach.

Costa Azul Beach is located to the east of another popular beach in Luquillo, Balneario Monseratte. Its long stretch of sand and picture-perfect palm trees, make this beach a great photo spot.

The facilities include bathrooms, showers, green areas, picnic areas, among others.
Camping is possible in this area with a prior permit. The camping area prices vary from $10.00 for the green area, $13.00 with water, and $17.00 with power and water. Additionally, parking prices also vary from $2.00 for motorbikes, $3.00 for cars, $4.00 for mini-vans and $5.00 for buses. Note: Visitors have access to the beach through the gates located at the entrance, but the main entrance is temporarily closed.

Construction on Luqiillo's town hall was finished in 1932. Since then, the building has been in continuous use as the municipality's main administrative center.

The Las Paylas water slides (or chorreras, in Spanish) are very popular with the locals. This area is beautiful to look at. It’s a fun place to picnic and spend some time watching the people slide, or just to play in the water pools. Fun fact, this place is actually owned by relatives of our family!

Some of the top things to see and do in El Yunque, from bathing in natural pools beneath waterfalls to taking in the gorgeous scenery from its many hiking trails.
