My favourite pizza. They don't take reservations (it's usually busy), but you can reserve a spot in line using the Nowait app. All of their pizza is good, but my go-tos are: Kale caesar salad, 4-maggi pizza, and mushroom pizza (with extra truffle honey on the side!)

To be honest, the food is mediocre here (you can find better tacos elsewhere! Ask me for suggestions!) but you should go there for their chips and guac (they make it fresh in front of you), margaritas (lots to choose from), and churros (so good!)

Another one of my hands down of my favourite restaurants in the city. It's a modern Taqueria rooted in the traditional street and market foods of Mexico. Definitely get the tacos (my fave are the mushroom tacos), but also you MUST try their hamburguesa al carbon, and donuts.

It's a fixed menu, served family style, and a great way to sample a variety of dishes from the restaurant.

Another one of my hands-down favourite restaurants in Calgary! Come here for lunch or dinner, and come with an appetite. Highly recommend the whipped feta and tomato with toast to start. Save room for dessert! You'll want the coconut cake AND the butterscotch pudding (they taste even better when eaten together).

I dream about the short rib massaman curry and coconut ice cream from this place! It's a no fuss Thai restaurant if you're looking for a straightforward restaurant with non-pretentious delicious food.

Shokunin is one of the most creative and authentic Japanese restaurants in the world, including in Japan. As examples, wasabi is made in-house from real wasabi root, no colours, mustard, or horseradish. The charcoal for the brazier is imported from Japan at tremendous expense.
Their yakitori is delish (as well as their other small plates) -- ask to get seated at the bar!

Quirky Inglewood is home to shops selling vintage furniture, indie fashion, boutiques, live music, and rare vinyl, and offers an eclectic dining scene. Walking down 9th ave in Inglewood definitely reminds me of South Congress in Austin.
