1 Lovejoy WharfOne of our fave spots. Like the beer and food.
Simply Amazing - don't miss this! It can get a bit noisy in the main area, ask to be seated in the Rose Room for a quieter more intimate experience. Reservations recommended.

About a 10-15 minute walk or a quick Uber ride. Follow the instructions I wrote to the Fleet Center (through the locks). Instead of going right to the Fleet Center, head left, cross the street and the North End will be on your right. Lots of great restaurants! We love Bova's Bakery too.

Sightseeing
Take a left out of the condo and walk a few feet to the corner of Monument. Look to your left. The Bunker Hill Monument is a monument at the site of the Battle of Bunker Hill which was among the first major battles between the Red Coats and Patriots in the American Revolutionary War.

Subway access - Orange & Green lines and Commuter Rail
Orange line Community College is a 5 minute walk - take a right out of the condo and then a left on to Austin Street, pass the 99 Restaurant and cross the street, Community College station on your right.
Access Orange & Green Line at the Fleet Center (8 minute walk). Take a left out of the condo and walk to the very end of Warren Street. Take a right and walk past the Residence Inn and under an overpass. You will enter a large park. Take a left and walk through the locks. The Fleet Center with access to the Orange and Green line and Commuter Rail will be on your right.

Commuter Boat
You can access the MBTA commuter boat in the Navy Yard. Take a left out of the condo and walk to the very end of Warren Street. Take a left and walk towards Old Ironside (big boat). Enter the Navy Yard, walk past the museum. After the museum take your second right down the wharf, pass the outdoor pop up bar. The ferry entrance will be directly in front of you. The boat travels 7 days a week to/from the Marriot Long Wharf area (near Faneuil Hall). Go to the MBTA website for schedules and prices,

Free shuttle boat
There is a free boat from the Navy Yard to East Boston and the Tall Ship (a restaurant/bar) - we generally tip a few dollars. The best way to locate the boat is to use G o o g l e Maps and walk from the condo to the restaurant Pier 6, 1 8th St, Charlestown. You will see a sign for the boat - you simply call the driver's cell and he will be there within 5 minutes to pick you up. You can also call a boat taxi from this location if you want to go elsewhere (like the Seaport).

Blue bikes
You can rent a blue bike near the liquor store (a 2 minute walk). Take a right out of the condo liquor store will be on your left. The bikes are to the right as you are facing the store. Fave ride is the Charles River (great walk/run too). Take a left out of the condo and go the end of Warren Street. Take a right past the Residence Inn, go under the overpass and into the park. Go straight over the foot bridge and you will be in Cambridge. When you reach the street you will see the Museum of Science on your left. Cross and go either left or right. Follow the river, about a 4-5 mile loop.

The condo is near Monument Square. Take a right as you exit - Starbucks is down about a block on the right, local liquor store on the left. At Austin Street intersection there is a plaza with Whole Foods & CVS. Take the orange line one stop from Community College to Assembly to Trader Joes lots of shopping and restaurants (also an easy drive). The Casino is a 1.8 mile walk (you can drive or take a MBTA bus).
