These are the restaurants, cafes, and markets that keep us well fed in Bisbee.
It’s hard to find a dining experience that’s a better embodiment of Bisbee’s quirky charm. It may look like a dive bar, but the menu of thoughtfully selected classics and comfort food is executed to perfection — and caters to almost any kind of preferences. The sound track centers on heavy metal, punk, and hard-core indie rock, yet you can still carry on a conversation over the table or at the bar. The staff, like the beverage selection, is diverse and inviting.

Thuy’s is a gem of a place — and huge asset to the local food scene. Thuy herself churns out the delicious selection of Vietnamese dishes from the kitchen in the center of a converted house. Not to be missed!

This Mexican cantina has great food and some of the friendliest service in town. In the winter, our favorite spot is near the mesquite burning in the fireplace. When the weather’s good, the large patio is the place to be. It’s also your best bet on a Monday or Tuesday night when much of the rest of Bisbee is closed…and eating at Contessa’s.

Wood-fired pizza — including gluten-free options! Seating inside is somewhat limited, but outdoors is really where it’s at. A great place to strike up a spontaneous conversation with whoever is sitting nearby.
