Very sophisticated public house. I love it here. Very friendly staff. Lovely outdoor eating area which serves stone cooked pizzas on most days. Top tip! Check the menu for prices and options on the day first. Great Bowden 3.9 miles

Foxton Locks and Foxton Locks Inn are a short walk across the fields or a short drive around the corner. Foxton Locks is well worth a visit for both young and old. There is a fascinating array of working locks, a lovely pub to have a meal and now a nice new tea shop which serves breakfast!

This is only a mile or so from us and there is a beautiful walk that takes you to Saddington via the reservoir where you can take in the lovely views.
