Aka Cala Ginepro is one of our all-time favourite little beaches. The cove has fine white sand and the most amazing crystal blue water. Water is shallow and endless. Perfect for families with small children as well as adults who wish to sunbathe in the sea, and play beach ball and racquet. Composed of several small bay cove so during peak season (August) you need to get there early to get a place. The road to get down is not great, so wouldn't advise cars that don't have good traction to go down. There are 2 entrances you can choose from. AKA (Coccorrocci) to locals. Directions: Take the State Road 125 you will have to take the exit for Marina di Gairo. Pass the beaches until you arrive at the entrance of the Coccorrocci campsite. Take the small road to your left that takes you around the perimeter of the campsite. Turn right at the end of the campsite, and keep going straight. At the end of this road, you can park your car and proceed on foot, following the signs you will encounter along the path.

Helios is one of the two boat trips we would recommend. This one is more animated and super fun. Father and son duo that really make you feel like a family on this amazing sun filled cruise, whilst discovering the most fascinating coast of Sardinia. Active and fun filled, this trip is for you. A comfortable and exclusive 16 mt wooden Motoryacht with maximum capacity of 25 passengers. When booking please specify you want the smaller boat as they have a second boat which can carry 90 people, but we suggest the smaller. Departure Location: Arbatax Harbour Departure Time: 7.30 am to 8.15 am (depending on the period) Return Time: 18.00 - 18.30pm Destination stop: L'isolotto, Pedralonga, Cala Scirocco, Cala Tramontana, Grotta della Contessa, Cala Goloritzè, Lovers Beach, Cala Gabbiani, Cala Mariolu, Grotta del Fico and Cala Biriola. Every Friday evening, Vigna de'Luceri (Vineyard) opens its doors to visitors. A glass of their most popular wines accompanied with typical Sardinian dishes to suit. A fixed menu of Meat and cheese platters, Sardinian pasta and roasted meat on the fireplace. Gianfranco, the owner, is so friendly and makes you feel as if you were at home with friends. Located about 20 minutes drive from Tortoli in the neighbouring town.
