Trains

The train ride to Belfast is often longer than the bus, but it is incredibly beautiful as it goes along the coast for a good amount of the trip. If you are leaving Derry sit on the left side of the train for the best views. The train station is on the other side of the River Foyle accessible via the Peace Bridge. www.translink.co.uk There is a free bus service from the Foyle Street Bus Depot if you don't wish to walk to the train station.
