This is probably my favorite restaurant in Boulder County. I'd eat here once a week, easily! The food is organic and entirely gluten-free, with plenty of options to accommodate diets ranging from keto to paleo to raw vegan.
My favorite dishes are the Mac Attack (add pesto!), the cauliflower tacos, and the Mexican wedding cookies. Oh, and try the chickpea flatbread!

The closest restaurant to the house is also a very yummy one! Casual atmosphere and the dining room can be a little loud (you can hear the kitchen). Their Pho noodle soup is excellent, and lots of yummy stuff on the rest of the menu. Very accommodating of gluten free and vegan diets. Great for takeout on your way home after a long day!

This is definitely the nicest restaurant in the CU area (The Hill). The Spanish-style tapas are super yummy. Save plenty of time if you want to order the paella!

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Boulder. The food is fresh and tasty, the cocktails creative, and the ambiance very nice — gotta love the jellyfish swimming around inside.

A local institution! This oxygen bar has a HUGE menu of interesting teas and adaptogenic beverages. It's one of my favorite spots to take a date. Also they serve the best raw vegan desserts in town.
