Yes! We have a zoo. It's small, but a town treasure. I personally don't like seeing animals in cages, so I don't frequent it, but the surrounding park is really nice and there's a lake you can walk around.

A wonderful place for an evening stroll before the sunsets. I think the whole circle is just under a mile.

Hiking
My favorite hike in the area. Challenging - but worth it for the views of Morro Bay. In the summer I suggest going in the evening or early morning as it's hot! $10 parking fee. Worth every penny. Plan at least 2 hours.

Stadium Park Trailhead
Great nearby hike if you're looking for a 15-45 minute hike.
Close to Cambria. You can get here via the 41 or the 46. Very easy but beautiful walk to the coast. The hike in is about 30 minutes each way.
