Get a load of the upstate country style taverns, try some local ciders, or pizza on pizza nights. This is a local family run tavern, used to be a bikers place in old days. Oh, don't forget to try their Texas BBQ burger, yummm!

Seriously, their pizza is sooo good. Worth a try. I personally think their pizza is one of the best I've ever had.

Sightseeing & Hiking
An historical place and quite a steep hike, you'll get beautiful views of the valley from the top.
Beware of Catskills insects and wild animals while on the trail. The trail has little to less marks, so daytime is definitely preferable for safety.
You can also bring your furry little best friend with you. Because it's so steep, please bring extra water for you and your pups. It gets quite hot in the summer. Some people also carry walking sticks because the path is quite steep and narrow.

A gorgeous place, it's a little basin where the Schoharie Creek is shallow enough for a walk. Soak in the sun while sitting in the fresh water. Dogs are allowed. Free access to all. You'll have to find street parking. It's only 3 minutes drive from our home.
