https://aberdovey.org.uk/ Under an hour away Old fashioned seaside town. No arcades just great Fish and Chips, Ice cream ( we like the one further from the Life boat station) and an expanse of beach. Not safe for swimming. Dogs off the lead once you are past the sign.

Take the mountain road from just past Staylittle to Machynlleth to enjoy the stunning views. Stop off for a walk to Glaslyn or just enjoy the scenery.

https://www.thecambrianline.co.uk/ Caersws train station is only 4 miles away with free parking Either head into the beautiful Count town of Shrewsbury or Take a train to the coast and enjoy wonderful scenery. Either to Aberystwyth or on the line to Pwllheli. We like to get off at Towyn and walk to Aberdovey. Pick up a chip and battered halloumi and then train back to Caersws
