Private parking available £10 per night, per car parking space, min 7 days with a height restriction of 2 metres. (Subject to availability).
Warwick 2.6 miles, Stratford 11.8 miles and Coventry 9.3 miles.
Household garbage & recycled waste to be disposed in the communal bin area in the ground floor parking area.
Recently, Energy UK has announced that domestic energy prices are due to increase by as much as 50% shortly.
As Coventry Home is an Eco-friendly company, and in line with our policy of fair energy usage, we have decided to install ‘Smart Meters’ to all our apartments. This will monitor energy and heating levels in each apartment to ensure no excessive overuse occurs.
Meter readings will be taken upon check-in, during the stay and check-out to record energy usage levels. Fair usage levels are normally 22 energy units per day. Extreme and unfair over usage may be charged to the occupy as per our terms and conditions
Tips for eco energy usage: -
• Always make sure heating and lighting is turned off in every room when the apartment is un-occupied.
• Enhance you sleep by not leaving the heating on overnight.
• The heating timer can be set for daytime and night-time use, rather than on continuous use. If you need assistance/instructions for the timer please contact us.
• Close doors to increase heating per room and not let heat escape.

Royal Leamington Spa commonly known as Leamington Spa is a beautiful and prosperous spa and civil parish town located in the heart of Warwickshire.
With a current population of around 50,000, the town’s growth was largely due to the natural spa springs that were discovered. Originally a small village called Leamington Priors, it grew into a spa town in the 18th century following the popularisation of its water which was reputed to have medicinal qualities.

The Glasshouse - interesting tropical plants with a beautiful Victorian tea pavilion. Hire boats at Leam Boat Centre in Mill Garden or eat at the Aviary Café.
Chesterton windmill - The windmill is one of Warwickshire's most famous landmarks built around 1632–1633
