At the west end of Granville Road is Victoria Beach - an active fishing wharf in Victoria Beach. Here you can watch the fishing boats and The Fundy Rose Ferry making daily trips to and from Digby and New Brunswick. Incoming approximately 11 am Outgoing approximately 4 pm. Great place to collect sea glass and driftwood and watch for visiting seals. SUNSETS HERE WILL NEVER DISAPPOINT! The Digby Gut is the narrow channel connecting the Annapolis Basin to the Bay of Fundy. Strong tidal currents create numerous whirlpools and eddies and in these you can frequently see porpoises swimming. Whales have been known to make appearances here as well! Across the Gut out you will see Point Prim Lighthouse. Behind the fishing huts you will see a steep hill - if you walk up there you will see the Victoria Beach Lighthouse.

Nautical feel - enclosed back area allows for great views of the Digby Wharf and Marina. Gift Shop at the front - restaurant in the back. Spudchos are a must have! Delicious fudge sold at giftshop. Moderately priced and family friendly.
