Yes, it's a hardware store. But they also have a pretty good selection of pet food and supplies. It's also walking distance from our cottage, and they usually allow well-behaved dogs inside the store. However, they recently got two in-store kittens. Dogs may be a little harder to manage inside the store with the cats. But the kittens are precious!!

You can't take your pet into the shop, but you can buy tasty treats for you and your pup! They bake and sell Bell's Brew Bones, which are Upcycled Spent Grain Dog Treats. They even get their spent grain -- a waste byproduct from producing beer -- from local breweries. Win win! And they're located just a couple blocks from our cottage.

If you're around Tupper Lake with your dog, stop by the Raquette River Brewery. There are lots of outdoor picnic tables and excellent beer to enjoy with your dog. They don't have a kitchen, but there's usually a food truck nearby.
