25-35 minutes from the house. Known as Lions Lair and Sunshine Canyon Trails in Boulder apx 4.1 miles of blissful hiking. Heavily populated as most hikes in the surrounding area.

Bring water, sunglasses, light snacks, a backpack, treaded footwear or hiking shoes, dress in layers from tank top to hoodie, sunscreen, charged phone, earphones, and already downloaded music. Hike is 4.1 mls depending on trail taken I suggest Lions Lair and Mt Sanitas.
