My favorite restaurants
I've tried quite a few Mexican restaurants in the area and this is one of my favorite. They give you a lot of food for a good price. It's also located in an older 50's style diner which is pretty cool. It's a little further than some others but it's worth the 15-20 min ride.

Snooky's is a really cool place with awesome ocean views. They have good food and drinks. Parking seems to be pretty limited but it's worth looking for a parking spot.

There are a ton of seafood restaurants so it's hard to recommend so many. Bouys is not far from the condo and they have good food and drinks. They also have good Low Country Boil.

Platt's is pretty famous locally. They don't have a dining area but you can order food to go. You can get small meals or large portions pre-ordered. It's basically a convenience/bait and tackle store with food. They can get really busy so it's best to call in your order and even then sometimes they might not answer the phone due to being so busy.

Souffle's has very good breakfast that seems healthier and not as greasy as most places. They also have the best fresh squeezed orange juice which is hard to find unless you're in Florida.

Boulineau's is a local favorite grocery store. It's two levels with a large gift shop type area upstairs. There are plenty of other stores nearby including Food Lion, Publix and Kroger.
