This is my favorite neighborhood in Prague. It's cute, historic not too crowded, historic - a place where locals actually go. Nearby is LOKAL - a good beer joint with great people watching. Take a walk on Charles bridge at night or very early morning - it's magical.

A great walk on the river bank with a view of Prague castle. Many bars and coffee places. It's an evening hangout place. On Saturday morning there's a farmers market, with great PESTO toast stand, best HUMMUS, or beautiful and relatively cheap flowers.

Very nice walk, magnificent views, not touristy.
Park with great views and cool vibes. There used to be Stalin’s massive statue, that’s been blown up in 1960s. Now there’s a outdoor bar with events on that spot. Also there’s a huge beer garden in the summer next to a small castle.

This is my favourite place in Prague - I love sauna and this place is the most relaxing. They have 4 different saunas. The biggest one is with the view over the river. It's not expensive - 2 hours for 290 czk (less than $15). If you don't know sauna tradition - this is the place to learn and enjoy. Take tram 17 and get off at "dvorce" - it's right there. Across the road they sell best kebab/falafel in Prague, which you can enjoy after the sauna.
